Students from various departments actively participated in the Intra departmental Competition held in our College on 11.10.2018. Our Vice President for Students Council Dr. Josephine, Associate Professor, Dept of Economics and Dr. Nirmala Johnson, Associate Professor & Head, Dept of Economics were the chief Guest. Dr. Josephine gave the Welcome Address. The Competitions are Group Dance, Classical Dance and Western Dance. Dr.Valarmathi, Associate Professor, Dept of Tamil and Mrs. Rajulah, Associate Professor, Dept of Chemistry were the judges.

Students from Dept of B.Com(Reg) won I Prize and students from Dept of English(S/F) Students won II Prize in Group dance. Miss. Muthu Vinodhini of III B.Sc Physics(Reg) won I Prize and Miss. S. Karthika of I MA English won the II Prize in Classical dance. Miss. Abisha of III BA English(S/F) won I Prize and Miss. Karthika of II B.Sc Maths(Reg) won II Prize in Western dance.

During Autonomy review, peer coordinators from various Colleges in and out of our State visited our College. On 23.10.2018 evening our Fine Arts Club exhibited a nice cultural program to the team and to our Staff Members. The program given by our students were Bharathanatiyam, Folk Dance, Western Dance and Mime. They really enjoyed the students’ performance.On 29.03.2019 we celebrated our 125th College day function. 47 students from various departments performed a variety of cultural programs like Bharathanatiyam, Folk Dance, Western Dance and Punjabi Dance and impressed the audience. Everyone appreciated the cultural programs exhibited in the College Day.
